The Club, at its October 22, 2019 luncheon, recognized this year’s Public Safety professional from the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department. Detective Jefferson (Jeff) Jacobs was presented his award. Interim Police Chief Michael York introduced the detective and spoke of the many cases the detective has worked on. Detective Jacobs answer many questions about his job from the club membership.
