Teneca Clark, Regional GM of Production
Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company

Teneca Clark is the Regional General Manager of Production for Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company.  Prior to accepting her current role, Teneca was the Director of Plant Operations and Quality Manager at Lenexa Production Hometown.  Before Teneca’s time with Heartland, she led Quality, Sanitation and Food Safety departments at National Beef Packing Company, Bimbo Bakeries, and Rockline Industries.  Teneca’s most valued professional accomplishment is always directly assisting at least one person, at every facility she has worked in, by helping that person develop and reach the next step in his or her career path.  She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she earned a double major in Cell & Molecular Biology and Microbiology and is pending thesis in her Master of Food Science.  Teneca is a Certified Microbiologist, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, an advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion, and she is currently completing her Master of Business Administration at Kansas University.  She is involved with Heartlands DE&I, sustainability, and community outreach committees as well as Calm Waters and Solace House grief initiatives and Pembroke Hills Diversity and Parent Education Board.  The most important part of Teneca’s life is being a proud parent to her fearlessly wonderful 9-year-old daughter, Dayja, and honoring the life of her two guardian angels.
